Overload

Guys, I have to make an urgent call on you because next days will be kinda busy days for all of us. As you well know, there are some critical changes to perform in the documents we delivered more than two weeks ago. Such changes make us change also the documents we delivered after them, which supposes an exponential growth in the workload.

Now, it is not time to find a guilty one, but to work harder and better than ever before. I hope all the disappointment we feel makes us do our very best.

About humiliation and laughs, just remember that no laugh will ever break one of our bones. We are high above such concerns and nonsense.

Finally, just ensuring that I know we will develop documents much better than those already provided by the other teams, and promising you that I will do me best in this overwhelming situation.

Keep up the hard work!
Álvaro

I'm glad to finally read something about public humiliation we all are suffering...

We are supposed to deliver formal documents in the more aseptic way we could through these four months... and do you know what? I like this working methodololy because I consider it's preparing us for the real world (time constraints, communication problems, delays). For me, that is perfect.

However, it is so hard for me to believe that the response for that (good or bad) work we are doing, is a Paramount Comedy show every week we deliver another new document...

In my opinion, this is nobody's job (nobody could be payed for laughing at lots of hours of hard work in such an unrespectfull way), do not deceive yourself... we are not such bloody bastards, but shit happens...

Lets go Blue Team! there is a lot of things to do through this horrible weekend. Lets convince everybody we are not over yet and, what's more, after solving these critical situation we will be able to deliver the best document that Juanmi's expecting to read!!!!

I love your posts!!!

Of course we`re gonna deliver the best document ever!!

And, of course, we`re gonna show everybody (and what`s more important, ourselves), that we`re the best team!!

I`m glad I`m working with such a great team, keeping the initial spirit, still laughing and enjoying this.

Have fun this weekend!!

I am agree with Fran. I don't know if we have something in our faces but reviews for Blue Team are harder than reviews for "Whatever" Team.

Things that in other groups are simply just a comment, in our team becomes a joke. People (because they are not partners) who laugh a lot of our mistakes, when his/her group has the same mistake the say "Yes" and that's all. But maybe the problem here is that the reviewer doesn't say the same word. He sais: "Here, write the table without color" and to our team sais :"What are these strange colors!!!!! I mean ... I mean ... Is this a forma document????? 'When we were child....'".... i am not going to follow this way. Everything is said.

Only one question ... why two groups deliver always a good document??? The answer is this:
Red Group: Formed by Maria Teresa, Miguel .... Everybody knows that Maria Teresa is the contact person with people of other years. Every year (so i am saying ALWAYS) she gets the assessment of the courses, delivered the previous years.

Green Group: Formed by Diego, Divesh, Alejandro ... Alejandro last year coursed Computing System and his partners gave him the documents of Software Engineering 3....

If my cousin who has 10 years old, had the documents, she would deliver the right ones.
